Need newer software for Ubuntu?

It’s been around for a while now, but getdeb is still a very useful tool. It has links to hundreds of .deb files for easy installation of newer software that hasn’t made it’s way to Ubuntu yet.

For starters, try installing:

Much nicer than compiling from source!
